All items listed on our website will be delivered in Male’ Hulhumale.& Ferries All deliveries within Male’ & Hulhumale will be made to the Ground floor doorsteps.

Delivery Options Overview

Delivery Details: Please pay attention to your order address and contact number when ordering. Items will be delivered once we receive the payment slip via Viber / Whatsapp ( 913-3773 )

Delivery Policy: There are several product categories of being sold in this platform, the policy and proceedings for each would differ and are mentioned below.

Our Deliverie: We provide free, door step delivery service to all addresses within Male’ and Hulhumale’.The categories are as follows:

Small electronics: Household items are here in defined as items which are tangible and movable personal property placed in household. Small electronics are defined as consumer electronics which are below 15KG. Same day deliveries would be made for orders placed before 09:30pm, in Male’ and Hulhumale’.

Large electronics: Large electronics are defined as large household electrical appliances which are above 15KG. Same day deliveries would be made for orders placed before 05:00pm, in Male’ and Hulhumale’.

Free deliveries for Male’ and Hulhumale’ region would be made for any orders above MVR 700. An additional charge of MVR 500 would be made for Express Delivery where product will be deliverd within 2h for greater Male’ region.

Delivery Acceptance: As a means of confirming, that the products have been received, a signature is required on the provided documentation by the staff. The product is to be accepted by the customer who provided the order or an assigned third party by the customer, at the delivery address. This could be either a digital signature or an inked out one. Singa Electronics shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the product once the delivery has been confirmed.

Pick-up by the Customer: Customer can choose to pick-up listed categories of the items. The pick-up option needs to be selected by the customer. The customer would be contacted by Singa Electronics to inform and confirm the location. Male’ customers could pick-up most items from Singa Electronics at Faamudeyri Magu.

Product Return Policy: In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product. The return could be requested via email shop@singaelectronics.com or via our hotline 913-3773.

Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. No partial refund could be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.

In case of defective items, it needs to be returned to either Singa Electronics. Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, shall not be accepted by Singa Electronics
